The Gogamedi Fair is a traditional, annual Rajasthani cattle and handicraft fair. It’s held to pay tribute to the snake God and regional hero Gogaji (Goga Veer [Hindu name], Jahr Peer [Muslim name].

The fair is famous for its singing and dancing, and is also used as a matchmaking event for young eligable people.
